What workouts should I do to get in shape? I don't have

What workouts should I do to get in shape? I don't have a car right now so I can't go to any gyms but I have a treadmil, dumbells, and a weight bench at home. I've been kinda scrawny my whole life so I dont really wanna get ripped, just in shape or fit looking I guess.

Thanks for any help, I really don't wanna be some tiny out of shape dude anymore and I need a new hobby
