Are there any people here over the 1000lb club who can also run a sub 5-minute mile? What do you look like?
5 minute mile is like 16 100m runs in less than 19s in a row. I'm not gonna lie, I haven't run that long in a while but I'm sure I could easily do that if I tried. I'd be winded as fuck afterwards though. 1000lbs club and 5 minute mile isn't that hard.
It's email@example.com/h minimum. Seems doable, the only thing is the stronger and heavier, the sluggier and slower.
>1000lbs club and 5 minute mile isn't that hard.
So are you in it and "What do you look like?"
I'm pretty sure someone who is 1000lbs couldn't run five steps, let alone a five minute mile. Hell, I've seen people here in America at walmart who had to be pushing 700 lbs who couldnt even stand up on their own.
My 5 mile average is 8.3m, My first mile in that run was 6:12, I will get there breh.
Back about 7 months ago when I was training for rugby tryouts, but yeah.
>1000 lbs. isn't that much
Jesus Christ, you Americans are some fat fucks. They had an 800 lb man here in England that had to have his bloody house torn down round him just to go to the hospital. It was in the news for days. 1000lbs is fucking ing normal to you? Christ Almighty.
If you jolly fucks are gonna say something in such an ambiguous way, why the fuck are you getting mad at me for it? You need to take responsibility for not speaking clearly.
/fit/ didn't invent the term "1000lb club" you fucktards. Why would only /fit/ know it anyways? Most of us are dyel cucks who've been lifting a few months if they even lift.
Honestly somebody who seeks out a sub Reddit about lifting probably knows more than the hordes of ignorant teenagers who come here for dank memes and muh high test alpha.
