What is an impressive squat, bench, deadlift and leg press in /fit/ eyes?
>>
The most in the gym
>>
2plate bench
4plate deadlift
0plate legpress because it's a meme
>>
my personal record is 100lb for all 4, so I'd say that's pretty impressive.
>>
>leg press

>1000lbs total
>including leg press
>>
>>35607552
oh actually leg press is 190lb
>>
>>35607541
It's an ego lift, you should try it. And for the girls it's a great butt lift.
>>
>>35607552
>tfw when total is 986 without leg press.
>tfw soon it will be 1008.
>tfw a 661 leg press was doable for 5 reps. More if life depended on it.
>tfw life's ok.
>tfw bragging feels good for a bunch of anons that don't care
>>
>>35607606
>6
>8

Nice microloading, faggot
>>
Leg press isn't even a meme. I can think of four respected strength coaches that recommend it in conjunction with squats.

To answer your question op, a good s/b/d number is one that gets you a wilks b of 325+
>>
>>35607614
It's called translating for you amerifags, snickers. Work on your education system. lbs sucks balls.
>>
>>35607627
>wilks b of 325+
? Total?
>>
>>35607655
You guys understand we can't just change our units of measurement overnight right?
>>
>>35607672
Yea, you can. Just replace your fucking books. Stop shitposting. Go eat a waffle instead.
>>
>>35607434
Impressive would be 1/2/3/4. Not pl8s. xbodyweight
>>
>>35607680
>just replace all your tools, parts, and machines
>>
>>35607731
You think people should squat half of their bench?
>>
>>35607680
>also, change the manufacturing of all products to accommodate metric
>>
>>35607434
>Leg press

Surely you mean OHP right?
>>
>>35607731
I'm talking /fit/ standards, not manlet/roid standards. 1.5/2/3 seems impressive for most natty lifters. And 1/1.5/2 decent.
>>
>>35607791
Is that bench/squat/deadlift?

Because the decent (1/1.5/2) seem way, way too low. Or am I giving normies too much credit?
>>
>>35607791
>>35607853
I think he means bench/deadlift/leg press based on the OP. Using leg press as a benchmark is stupid.

Decent/slightly impressive would be this
110 ohp
180 bench
260 squat
325 deadlift
>>
>>35607853
Max I've seen normies squating for reps is 2pl8s. For DL also 2.5pl8s wearing straps.

I guess 1/2/3/4 is pretty impressive for normies.
>>
>>35607890
I meant bench/squat/deadlift. OHP isn't pl anymore. So leg prezz for funs. You know how it is!
>>
>>35607890
tfw im more than slightly impressive by ur standards
>>
>>35607791
newfag here, I assume the 1.5/2/3 means times bodyweight for each lift?
>>
>>35607921
>35607921
I hit 1/1.5/nearly 2 x bodyweight in the first 10 weeks of SS. Even for normies those standards feel too low

>>35607890
Most people at my gym squat minimum 2pl8.
>>
no one gaf about leg press, so throw that in the trash.

4/3/2/1 is a norm measure of good strength in terms of dead/squat/bench/ohp, but considering i'm mostly there and i don't think i'm all that strong, i'd up them all a place to 5/4/3/2
>>
>>35607943
Maybe
120
200
280
350
?
>>
>>35607957
Agree with deadlift and squat. Bench maybe. OHP though...
>>
>>35608002
wat
>>
>>35607890

>tfw you struggled through 5x5 of OHP at 55

C-Can I make it, bros?
>>
>>35607572
I think you misspelled the "spine cruncher"
>>
>>35608577
Ohp is technically difficult lift. You have to get your core and stabilizers strong to support the weight and stand straight. You'll be just fine
>>
>>35607971
Dont know exactly how much kg is this but about
60kg
90kg
130kg
170kg
>>
315 bench
455 Deadlift
405 Squat
>>
>>35607434
DESU, I consider what I lift to be "acceptable," anything above is impressive and anything below is poor. So it changes. Basically if you lift more than me, I'm impressed, if you don't, I don't care.

If I were to try to come up with objective standards for 1RMs, it's probably just 1pl8, 2pl8, 3pl8, 4pl8. Anyone I see lifting that much I'll stop and watch if I'm not busy.
>>
>>35607890

Well I guess my upper body is impressive then... Seriously my squats and deds have been lagging hard and yet my quads have still asploded in size. What gives? I'm kinda scared to keep pushing it lest I go full trex but I only just got my 5x5 to 2 plate squat

wat do
>>
Pretty impressive:
Bench = 1.5x BW for reps. e.g. 180 lb guy benching 270 for reps.
OHP = BW for reps.
DL = 2.5x BW for reps.
Squat = 2x BW for reps.

"Holy shit, look at that.":
Bench: 375+.
DL: 500+.
Squat: 450+.
OHP: 200+.
>>
>>35608620

Thanks bro. I should clarify that I'm not 55, but I lifted 55lbs.
