DESU, I consider what I lift to be "acceptable," anything above is impressive and anything below is poor. So it changes. Basically if you lift more than me, I'm impressed, if you don't, I don't care.


If I were to try to come up with objective standards for 1RMs, it's probably just 1pl8, 2pl8, 3pl8, 4pl8. Anyone I see lifting that much I'll stop and watch if I'm not busy.

OHP = BW for reps.
DL = 2.5x BW for reps.
