Since there's no medical board on here I guess /fit/ is the closest, so I'll post this here.

Is it normal to constantly regurgitate your food? Anyone else here experience this? I've had it for as long as I can remember and I'm 30 years old.
>>
>regurgitate
???

Drink water nigger.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rumination_syndrome

I think this might be what I have.
>>
No it's not normal and if this is not idle shitposting please see a doctor. There are many reasons why this might happen and some can be life-threatening.

Acid Reflux maybe?
>>
>>35606583
I drink up to 4 liters of water per day, if anything liquids makes it worse.
>>
>>35606602
Nope, read the wiki link I posted, describes it pretty well.
>>
Yes I do the same thing.

After a meal, for some reason I vomit some of it back up. Happened my entire life as far as I can remeber.

When I was younger I thought it was normal, now that I am older I know it isn't. In both cases I never told anyone.

What makes you so confident in your diagnosis? You need to be seen by a doctor. Reflux is a risk factor for esophageal cancer.

copyed from wiki article

"Symptoms can begin to manifest at any point from the ingestion of the meal to 120 minutes thereafter.[6] However, the more common range is between 30 seconds to 1 hour after the completion of a meal.[7] Symptoms tend to cease when the ruminated contents become acidic.[5][7]

Abdominal pain (38.1%), lack of fecal production or constipation (21.1%), nausea (17.0%), diarrhea (8.2%), bloating (4.1%), and dental decay (3.4%) are also described as common symptoms in day-to-day life.[6] These symptoms are not necessarily prevalent during regurgitation episodes, and can happen at any time. Weight loss is often observed (42.2%) at an average loss of 9.6 kilograms, and is more common in cases where the disorder has gone undiagnosed for a longer period of time,[6] though this may be expected of the nutrition deficiencies that often accompany the disorder as a consequence of its symptoms.[6] Depression has also been linked with rumination syndrome,[8] though the effects of it on rumination syndrome are unknown.[5]"

Shit this describes me perfectly

Do you have bad anxiety?
Recently mine was acting up over some relationship drama and I couldn't keep my stomach in check. Post lifting I was throwing up water and coffee in the parking lot. Bad day
>>

>Do you have bad anxiety?

I do actually, but I don't think it's tied to it because I get it no matter what the state of my mind is.
>>
>>35606679
not op, I posted article in above post.

Shit It's all starting to come together now, all this time I've been told i have chronic gastritis.

I start to throw up during stressfull periods. This is a major discovery for me
>>
>>35606722
It's more like gulping up food in your mouth, not throwing up.

Could be GERD, could be cancer; either way, THIS ISN'T A DOCTOR'S OFFICE.
>>
>>35606821
You mean I could have had cancer for several decades?
>>
>>35606791
Although, sometimes food just sits in my stomach for hours adn i eventually throw it up preceded by strong nausea and fever, which is more accurately associated with Gastroparesis, on which I am readin up atm, all this has been a huge eye opener as till now i've been convinced that i have gastritis, but these two options describe my condition fairly better
