/k/ommando here, if I wanted to keep a family of four alive for four months what vitamins would be necessary and what basic food staples would fit the bill. i'm thinking centrum vitamins rice and flour.
Vitamin tablet things are terrible never use those. Rice jerky and canned veggies would be good. If you have a freezer available then you can have real meat and frozen veggies which would be much better. Basically, you need carbs protein and a few vegetables to survive well.
probably, but that wouldn't help my family >>35606057
I don't lift but I hang drywall piecework for a living and make damn good money doing it, tell me again about your reps.
Canned everything. Spam, tuna, vegetables, rice, pastas. Stuff that's super high calorie and doesn't go bad. Just go make a prepper thread on /k/ they will tell you better than the autists here. Nobody on /fit/ knows anything about nutrition during times of duress
f.u. check the mag , i can pump 3 rounds on targets 3/4's of a mile away before the sound reaches the first target and it fits me like a glove, its not a safe queen its MY rifle, consequently if anyone's interested in precision shooting i'm the guy to ask.
Fuck you I'm so assault I took a current pic, now lets see your raifu
Nice PSA gun, if you want any chance of hitting anything at 1500 yds might want to ditch the POS handguard and go with a free floating rail
>you will never get to experience the freedom of needing a gun and a bunker to not get killed
Why even live yurocucks?
>you will not survive a global pandemic that wipes out 90% of the population
>you will not wander the desolate cities, the skyscrapers standing tall like gravestones to the population that once lived there
>you will never slowly pick apart roving bandits from afar while
A man can dream
ffs its an armalite ar10 with a free floating handgaurd, a fixed stock, a flatcoil buffer spring, a 16 ounce mercury recoil suppressor and a leupold scope. i'm guessing your precision shooting experience hasn't passed 200 yards.
>eating gluten in general
i hope you're a troll breh if not just horde jars of protein powder fgt they dont expire for years & its the only thing you need in life.
>let's be serious an AR in 5.56....
You have no idea what you're talking about.
Also OP, trying to be big tuff /k/ommando on /fit/ was a retarded idea. Never post pics of your very own raifu outside of a raifu thread and not expect to get shit on by people who have no idea what the fuck they're even looking at.
>Comes fresh to your door in large quantities
Bet it tastes like shit though.
Alanna King, ed. (1987). Robert Louis Stevenson in the South Seas. Luzac Paragon House. pp. 45–50.
Y'know, my real problem with that rifle is the fact that you bought that stupid fucking integral mount that Leupold makes. $120 for a fucking scope mount system. Fuck that.
Pic is too shit quality so I can't tell, but if you don't, at the very least, have that scope on QD mounts, you're an idiot. Your fucking rear iron is worthless with that thing, on, and you are not gonna have time to be fucking about with those thumb screws.
I was talking more about the diet of the average couch surfing POS that you'd be likely to find in the Burgerzone.
I doubt the list of sources for that is widely available - but who knows, this is 4chin after all.
My surgery professor said it tastes ok,not great but ok,don't ask me how he knew this we never dared to ask.
Looks like you guys are easily triggered
>Non-Free floated 16.5" barrel
>Entry level Leupold 3-9x40 with Integral Scope Mount
>Steel Box mag, not P-mag.
Do you REALLY mean to tell me you are making shots at 1,300Yards+ with a 16.5" 5.56? Bull. Fucking. Shit.
See this gun here? This is what a 1,300 yard gun looks like.
>Custom made, hand fitted Montecarlo Walnut Stock with right hand canter bias
>2-stage aftermarket trigger, pull after takeup: 10oz.
>24" Match Grade Barrel
>Very old, but ultra-clear optic 4-12x40 Optic. Glass in hand polished, and with the way the Reticle is designed (Free floating, externally mounted wire, not etched or internal.) The Reticle is clear all the way out.
I usually hand load my own loads, but since my house got robbed, I'm getting by with 168gr Sierra Matchkings. Best I've ever done is 8"group at 1,200. Gun can do better. I can't.
Prenatal vitamins - Vitamin c - Fish oil
Whey Protons/ powdered milk
Olive oil - Coconut oil - Jar ghee
Lentils/beans/peas - rice/potato flakes - oats - pasta
Can tuna/chicken - can chili
can or dry veg/fruit pasta sauce
I'm going to assume you are also anticipating a lose of electricity, or you would hesitate to use a generator due to noise/saving gas.
Most multivitamins go beyond daily micronutrient requirements, so if this situation ever really occurred you should split them in half. Even then you'd be getting enough micronutrients from canned vegetables such that you wouldn't have to use them right away. Rice and flour isn't going to give you nearly enough protein or fat, and they require a lot more energy to cook. Oats have a good amount of protein and don't even really have to be heated, so get some of those in addition to rice/flour. Canned beans and vegetables never really go bad. Peanut butter is also a great long-lasting source of protein/fat. Any sort of vegetable oil for fats. Canned chicken or tuna for protein. If your ration plan doesn't meet protein requirements, whey powder would be an easy/cheapest-per-dollar long-lasting protein source, just add water. And you could also just stock up on a bunch MREs.
A L M O N D S
has all the macronutrients you could possibly want.
all you would need is a vitamin supp that has sufficient mineral content.
you are probably going to want a private selection of zinc. calcium and magnesium is good for the whole family.
supplement potassium if your nuts are salted.
if properly stored, they last for fucking ever, don't go stale, and are very calorically dense.
>calcium and magnesium
actually scratch that, the calcium and magnesium content of almonds is quite high..
so really you would just be worrying about vitamins, zinc (for adult males) and maybe a tiny bit of iron
>finishing during your intra-workout fap
no nigger, you hold that cum in, and do deadlifts with boner.
watch all of your lifts increase.
if you start to go limp, go back to jacking it for a time, until you get close, then go back to your lift.
all of the best workouts of my life have been like this.
