When the calories don't come through, you'll start craving calories. Making it harder to resist junk food. Impeding fitness.

There is still some debate on the blood sugar thing but this part is 100% true. I mean if you can just control the cravings I guess its not that bad but most people will then want to eat some mad carbs.
