How do I get this V shape in my lover abs? What exercise am I not doing when I can't have that V shape even though I have the exact body without it?
Do obliques, that's the muscle, normally obliques exercise also work your abs so you can do some obliques exercise and no abs as you will be already using them, there're some genetic on it, but what >>35601984 say is pure bullshit
You know how I know /fit/ is the least fitness intelligent website for fitness? Because every fucking thread someone says it's all genetics.
Anyway, here's what you can do to emphasize the adonis belt: Hanging leg raises and hip abduction exercises. 2-3 times a week.
This is simply anatomy.
EVERYBODY ON THE PLANET HAS THIS.
It's where your upper body is connected to your lower body, the shape of the "V" is dependant on how big your birthing hips are bitch boy.
Not true. At least, not always true. I have pretty wide hips and my Vs are well defined.
Low body weight is important, but so is building up lower abb muscle. Honestly the best thing you could do us buy an abb roller, they are cheap as fuck on amazon (or look up how to make your own) and they give a great workout. They're not just a meme, they actually work. Also they are small so easy to store at home, and are relatively quick and easy to use. Just make sure you watch a YouTube video or something to make sure you use it properly, or you could hurt your lower back.
Your welcome, anon.
Have a related question , bulked from 132 to 142 over 4 months, now at about 12.5% body fat ( on my digital scales ) and I ideally wanna have more overall weight , but be at 10.5% body fat ( on my scales , they may not be hundred percent accurate but they are consistent ) .
Is it good to do a 2-3 week cut after a couple months bulking? Or is it dumb
this is the best term, but i'm pretty sure it's called
