Low body weight is important, but so is building up lower abb muscle. Honestly the best thing you could do us buy an abb roller, they are cheap as fuck on amazon (or look up how to make your own) and they give a great workout. They're not just a meme, they actually work. Also they are small so easy to store at home, and are relatively quick and easy to use. Just make sure you watch a YouTube video or something to make sure you use it properly, or you could hurt your lower back.

Have a related question , bulked from 132 to 142 over 4 months, now at about 12.5% body fat ( on my digital scales ) and I ideally wanna have more overall weight , but be at 10.5% body fat ( on my scales , they may not be hundred percent accurate but they are consistent ) .
