Just started doing a 7 hour a day construction job and haven't lifted in about 8 days because I'm scared to lose gains, what should I do? I wanna do a calisthenics routine and also how much should I be eating now?
if you are really tired go less days a week or don't go
if you feel you can work and go to gym then do it
it will be mostly depending on how much do you eat everyday
eat more and do the 2 things if you can
