If he's at 5 or 6 percent sure, but you can be natty 8 or 9 relatively easily ad long as you just don't consume too many calories

there is no strategy or magic trick that allows natties get shredded without losing a ton of muscle mass
if you don't believe that's how it works you simply haven't tried it yourself
Of course your weights will go down cause the fat made you stronger. That doesn't mean you lost a ton of muscle.
The point I'd you look good and can bring your lifts back up.

Well, that picture was me a year ago, and I'm not much bigger now, maybe 5 pounds of muscle gain at most.
I weigh 138 pounds at 5'8" and squat and deadlift over 3 and 4 plates

And I am 5'8". I only have 6 inch wrists so my forearms are actually substantially thicker than my wrists.
