A and B are mostly low rep, C is the opposite. Body weight exercises I always try to do 2 or 3 sets until failure. If I had enough time I'd probably lift more days in a week but my schedule won't let me. Also always play a sport on Sundays to help out with cardio.

My workplace gets a PT in daily for crossfit-esque workouts so I did that until December to get some basic fitness and learn some form for lifts. From December have been doing SS, which in the short time I have been doing it has improved my gains a lot more than I expected I could.

6'0 190 lbs, down from 272 over the course of a year and a half from dieting. I've started doing cardio and bodyweight exercises, but I want to know if the loose skin will ever go away. Will it tighten up as I gain muscle? I absolutely hate it.

Nice bro keep that shit up we are still young. My only regret is not starting sooner.. Just stick with it.. You'll have days where you fuck up on your diet or some shit but just get back on it right away and be consistent

If you're at a certain body fat where flexing makes a noticeable difference then maybe just mention it in your post. But desu, cbt's are mostly just a circlejerk and confidence booster so shit like good lighting, filters, etc are used.
Not really. Boxing also works the obliques a lot for twisting the body and I have to do a lot of core work for warmup. But if you're asking about my routine at the gym, yes that's the only dedicated exercise.
When instead of having broad shoulders and narrow hips which gives the "v-taper" look, your torso is thick and just goes straight up and down. Like a fridge with arms and legs attached.

Don't have any before pictures because of how much I hated how I looked.
I'm 5'11" and when I started I was 198lbs.
Cut fast food 100%, quit soda entirely, started drinking nothing but water and a Gatorade every now and then. Was down to 175 in a month, and it's been a brutal war trying to get to where I am now.
As of Monday, I am 5'11", and all of 135lbs.
And now, I'm doing research into a good routine/diet shift to get fucking ripped.
nice dude. 135 is pretty fucking small tho gotta lot more work to do. Consider pplpplx split for size while doing 5x5 compounds at the start. Also don't be afraid to start eating more once u do

Thank you. It's been, beyond a doubt, the toughest thing I've ever done. But I've never had more energy in my life. Used to be I'd sleep 14 hours a day. Now I can roll out of bed with 7 hours and be ready to go with nothing but a shower.
I'm wondering if I should have started lifting at least a bit at like 145. I might have gone too far with the weight loss aspect, feel like it would have been better to start the muscle building process sooner.
The diet shift is what's really gonna be hard. I eat like twice a day right now, usually about 1,200cal a day (Lot of vegetables and some fruit, meat a few times a week)
Going from that to a higher protein diet is going to be a sharp shift, in addition to getting used to eating more again. My stomach isn't as big as it used to be.

Worst I've ever felt is when I fucked up bad on a Harley and popped my left testicle like a grape.
But at least that was over with fairly quickly, and I blacked out before I hit concrete.
