I bought a Mass gainer (pic related) yesterday, Should I take this every day? Or just every workout-day. I work out 3 times a week, and want to built muscle mass.
What type of training schedule should I use?
I don't want to do stronglifts because I want more isolation.
3 times a week, should I do full body? or split?
