Will eating at a caloric deficit, lifting every other day, and doing cardio on nonlifting days cause me to lose fat and gain muscle?
I've been doing pull-ups, but I usually can't do more than 4-5 at a time :/
so when I get sore I hang from the bar as long as possible with arms at a right angle. been doing this for 4 months, should I have better gains?
You mean, body weight pull-ups? You can only do 4-5 body weight pull-ups in your first set? Take them more seriously. Also look for some other exercises for lats, like rows or lat pulldowns. Your lack of lats looks goofy.
