ok dudes, still comes up to about 176 protein. Im looking for ways on how to eat that shit up the easiest way possible, any pointers? Sounds like a lot of spoonfeeding but if youre up for it. Also is starting strength bait too? or should I pick up another routine to cut for asthetics and all that hubub.
SS is solid, it will give you the form and base strength to build you up before you start something else. Just don't expect to be shredded or anything from it since it will be primarily strength gains.
Buy protein powder, put a scoop in a shaker cup of milk (~28oz of milk) depending on the protein you could get around 50g per shake, so drink one before and after working out. If you eat a can of tuna (another 50g) at some point in the day that will put you at 150g.
quick question man, whats the average price for powder bro? I live in central america (bridge between north and south america) and shit here costs about 93 bucks. Would it be worth it to shell out that much money every month or maybe attempt to get my protein via foods?

120 grams of protein is already pretty much double of what a regular person would consume during a day. and even that is pretty easy to get even on a cut if you eat stuff like cottage cheese, chicken, lowfat milk, tuna, eggs etc.
If you for some reason don't manage to get your proteins from food then just having a one protein shake out of low fat milk and whey will net you easy 30 grams of protein, if one or two protein shakes isn't enough to get your protein intake you're seriously eating wrong

What would you rather eat? Some Chicken or Beef from an unknown unsanitary slaughter house or meal worms that you have been raising for a few generations? they have eaten organic potatoes and oats. They are very tasty .. or if in power form they don't have a taste at all.

i use a food scale, which i used to measure everything else on that list too so the calories are gonna be very accurate. And the 600g of meat is mostly chicken breast and tilapia, i also eat beef in 500g which has 300 more calories.
how large a worm-farming operation do you need to do that? (I'm assuming a bunch of sterilite containers)
