I've pretty much come to that conclusion, that most of the pple here are delusional about aesthetics and strength. I've always done mostly compounds and trained for strength, yet i look better than my friends who do BB stuff. I just have better genetics and i keep my bw between 10-15% all the time.

As long as you have genetically narrow hips and wide shoulders, you'll be aesthetic as long as you add muscle in some way. Its just funny to have a shoulder day, when your OHP is something like 1pl8.

I pretty much only do lateral raises, chin/pull ups and ab work aside squats, diddlys and bench/OHP

Anyways, i've been on SL, ICF, Madcow, C6W for my for these 2+ years and I didn't start seeing real aesthetic gains until Madcow/C6W.

Personally, about 6 months of pushups and home shit, first time I stepped into the gym my max was 30 and now I'm still struggling to hit 100. Stuck on about 95kgs for a 1rm :(
