Figure I'm gonna go on a cut since my jacked friend told me I look fat as shit. Here's my stats:
What I'm gonna do is eat 275g of egg whites per day with nothing else other than some supps and take a 3k calorie refeed day every Sunday so I'm carb loaded on Monday for my volume work.
That turns out to just under 1000 calories per day with roughly 80% of my bodyweight in grams of protein.
Is this stupid? Never done a cut before and am just wondering if there's anything else I could do besides taking DNP.
First off you have to get your head in the right place.. you are not ~20% body fat at 264 6'4". I am 6'4" at 215 and i might still be 20%.

Im 6'2 260 28% fat. I have been lifting for years tho. Don't believe pictures they are hypothetic people that have never lifted. Board is right assume you're extreme fatass until you can see clear muscle definition
theoretically this can work but i doubt you have the willpower to stick with this. this is a crash diet to be honest. at least do PSMF, doing your egg white diet will cause you to feel like shit and you'll probably develop a deficiency.
at your state of fatness, if you eat at a -500 deficit the fat will fucking melt off.

Also, if you seriously think you can hold this up for like 8 weeks, you are deluding yourself. There are MUCH easier way of doing this than just saying
"this is what I'm gonna eat! Every - single - day!"
This approach means more or less:

There's a SHITLOAD of cutting recipes out there, why the fuck would you just eat egg whites? I eat eggs for breakfast but for lunch I'll have chicken or tuna. I'll cook up veggies and eat some rice. You can eat other types of lean meat or soy beans. Drink some milk here and there. This is just retarded.

This is a really bad idea. You'll lose insane amounts of gains.
Also at 143 calories, you'll be receiving less calories per day than a prisoner at Auschwitz. Your body will think you're starving and try to preserve as much fat as possible.

I'm about 10 kilos over weight, i decided not to cut until i get to 1/2/3/4, then bulk to get to the 1000lbs club, then cut again.
I recently lost 2kilos in 2 days from being sick, one kilos changes the colour of my traps and hammies, yeah my deadlift is shit,. i had a back injury last year and only started dead lifting again this month
these are all calculated from 5 rep sets except my chin ups, which i did 10 reps unweighted. going to try 10 unweighted pull ups tomorrow
Yeah it is. With those stats you look like dogshit easily in 25% bodyfat territory. Stop being obsessed by 1/2/3/4 lifts and instead focus on being the strongest while not being a fat pig.
1/2/3/4 is not gonna happen in short time unless you wanna get obese. Focus on realistic goals instead.

The real problem is i live with my parents. when they are away for a few months i drop down to 74 kilos or less, when they are here i sit at 79-82 kilos. even hit 84 once. i'm trying to move out with a friend, i technically have enough for a deposit on a small 2 bedroom house, but i'm also hoping to get a job in the city so need my savings for that move.

I'm going to try and cut down to 75 kilos, going to add a 15 min cardio session on to my weight days and do full cardio routines regularly again. I'll also stop eating simple carbs except right before and after workouts, not going keto or anything but still, less carbs and sugars.
