none then, this is the weakest most pussy one. not even joking. its basically just green tea. Maybe try with food or work up to a full scoop. If you really wanna puke try 2 scoops of one that has 350mg caffeine, or some DMAA based preworkout.
Likely you don't need preworkout supps tee bee aych familia. Just eat a balanced meal of carbs and protein two or three hours before you go to the gym.
However I bust my ass shovelling and lifting awkward heavy shit at work most days before I go to the gym. When this is the case I take two 50mg basic supermarket caffeine and glucose pills half an hour or so before I go to the gym. If I'm REALLY fried after a heavy day I'll top this off with a third one as I arrive. Seems to get me feeling fresh again.
Only ever buy pre-workout if its on a huge discount.(check the stores clearance section) i can feel good paying like .50 cents per serving since the caffine and chemicals give you a nice boost in your workout but paying full price thats like $2 a serving in some cases, fuck that.

they're all dirt cheap with the exception of citrulline, they all actually help (though creatine and beta alanine can be taken at any point during the day) and you know what you're getting. No bullshit fluff pink peppercorn extract.

If you honestly took all the supplements that are *known* to increase athletic/lifting performance, and put them into a preworkout, it would be PreJym. I'm not even kidding. I used to make my own preworkout, and PreJym has everything I used at a better price with better sources.
It's pricey, but it's 100% worth it and I fucking defy anyone to give me a single other PWO that is on its level that doesn't have DMAA in it.

Basically PreJym. I'm telling you, it is by far the best. Every other PWO on the market has shit that is not bulletproof proven, underdosed formulas that dont do shit, are missing ingredients that are proven, or a combination of all that.

have no real sound research behind them, just a couple studies that haven't been repeated. Just buy the main ingredients and save like 66% of the cost.
I've been getting my powders from either them or bulksupplements. Beta alanine is pretty helpful for endurance/recovery, and the tingles are always nice for to get you in the mood to lift.
I bought this a week ago and can't believe I wasted $30 on this shit. ON usually have good quality sups but this is garbage. Took 2 scoops and it feels like I haven't taken anything, even after no preworkout for a month. Stick to C4 and Jack3dz
