What are some good exercises I can do for abs without any equipment? Tell me your ab secrets /fit/

Not worth it
Of all the workouts mentioned, the hanging ones are the best you can do. Any ab workout where you're hanging works them pretty hard AND you get a forearm workout in too.

Besides, why NOT work something out if you can?
You can do ab exercises every day. Your abs and legs are the only muscles you can work out daily because you evolved to use them as such. You should still take rest days, but you don't have to worry about overworking your abs.
