You have to make it and eat it , it takes time , effort and chucking it down.

I prefer to drink mineral water and have black coffee , eat good meals at restaurants or take-out food for dinner.

I religiously ate breakfast, despite not being hungry, because I knew that two hours would go by and I'd get hungry, and lunch break was another two hours away.
Not I get up earlier and can't be bothered with breakfast at all, now hunger kicks in right before lunch break.

I get up at 6, lift at 7, start consuming food at 9.
I get 180g Protein, 100g fats and then make up calories with carbs. Fuck you guys if you say my fats are too high, I feel shit as balls if I drop below 80g, been tweaking my macros for the last 3yrs I know how much fat I need.

I don't have a lot of time between waking and lifting so anything I eat doesn't digest and I just puke
