im always tired lately and dont want to go to the gym, i find myself forcing myself to workout, i hate this feeling how do i fix this
If you're not eating enough protein, there's potentially a back-and-forth where you're eating muscle and replacing it. Getting plenty of protein makes sure you burn fat instead.
Should get some cloves and a multivitamin as well.
You just get up and do it.
It's called discipline. Also eat and sleep better, and try not to oversleep. I find that I feel like a lazy piece of shit on days I wake up after 1 pm, it might have to do with the available sunlight since it gets dark around 5 pm here

>Lastly evaluate your day to day life. What do you spend most of your time doing? How much free time do you have? How do you feel about the way you spend your time and what are you getting out of it?

I used it this past summer. I had Major Wood all morning (took 450mg 1 cap of GNC brand yohimine extract with 9mg of yohimbine alkaloid) and felt especially horny. My heart was beating pretty fast too- I took the stuff on an empty stomach.
Obviously you would need to cycle the stuff since you build a tolerance to the stimulant effect and the libido effect.
I was taking several other supposed libido boosters at the time and yohimbine was by far the most potent.
That was just the first day of supplementation, btw. I never had as strong of a reaction to it after that, in fact it may have been placebo to an extent, in addition to the fact that I was working as a lifeguard and looking at 17-18 year old girls' asses
