you need to progress your chinups. do dumbbell rows 3x8 twice a week if you can't do chinups weighted. lots of guys just don't even start progressing chinups since its hard to start out adding weight to it so they just dont
Nah m8, i live in a small european town, the only gym here is the school one and it fucking sucks, usually crowded
Pic related, its our school gym, this + 1 bench, 1 squat rack, 1 station for pullups and stupid cardio things that doesnt even work. Its been closed for like a month during christmas, now im having driving lessons and bunch of shit in school so i dont have enough time to lift properly. Thank god that most of this shit will end by the end of this month
