I've literally never gotten my diet on point. It's so fucking hard because of how very little I'm actually home. I do what I can to eat the healthiest fast food I can, and I eat restaurant shit like grilled salmon, etc whenever I can afford the time and money.

I know my first round was. Gained 30 pounds in three months of 500mg test e + two 4 week dbol cycles, and then I lost all of it due to a car accident that I was lucky to survive back in 2014. Kept me out of the gym for a few months mainly due to no vehicle anymore.
My exercise schedule after I got my new wheels was so inconsistent after that. I'm finally just now getting back on point with it. If I could just nail down my diet, shit was be cash bros.

Look I feel you bro. I don't know how to cook shit, never have, never will. I've been lifting for 5 years and only did the plain grilled chicken bullshit for the first two. Get a sous vide, that shit will make cooking and prep a cakewalk. Get a zojirushi rice cooker (or any of those fancy ones that keep shit fresh for days) and you can throw any grain (rice quinoa etc) or veggies in there and streamline that. Get some sushi grade or high quality fish from restaurant depot or some place idk where you live; you could get a huge salmon or tuna and pre-pack that shit and eat it raw or with a little bit of sauce.
I went from disgusting grilled chicken every day to alternating days of chicken, steak (sous vide or on a grill,) fish, chicken, steak, fish, etc. Shit never gets boring, just change up the veggies, grains, or sauce every now and then.

I fucked it up when I put it in the glute and dropped the syringe when the needle was all the way in. So it kinda dangled. I also pinned virgin muscle so that too
Salmon, other fish, lean meat, cottage cheese, pork, Turkey etc etc.

here's a lifehack but don't tell anyone else about it: plan out 10-12 different meals with good macros and write down how many calories it's got. (if you're autistic then you can write down how many exact grams of fat and carbs and protein it's got too, but if it has bad macros then it shouldn't be one of your recipes anyways..) just pick a meal that's close to how many calories you have left and make it and eat it

Its not autistic. Its really, really easy on your nutrition if you have 4 or 5 meals with very similar macros for dinner, lunch, and breakfast that you can rotate. It makes it a breeze and you can prep them in advance.

LGD is pretty great, I like it. I like the convenience of it. I've done test, and test+tren before, I want to try combining it with test and possibly dbol. Some people say they get lethargy and stuff due to low test while on it.. I haven't noticed, but I'm usually tired in the week anyway from having to work full time and getting up early. Recovery even without any form of pct is fast (unless you add a steroid).
That's what I do anyway and it's never too dry. Usually I put it in for a min, give it a mix then another min until warmed through and it's pretty good. I use glass because fuck plastic and the lids can be left half on which I think helps
