I vaca in mid may and don't start my cut until the start of march. Tfw cutting is easy as fuck as an ex skelly lanklet. I can literally cut on 3100 kcal / day while taking yohimbine and doing IF.
This year i'll do a before and after pic so that people can see how effective yhcl is if you use it properly.
I'm on my first bulk, lifting seriously for half a year now.
If I want to be ready in May, when should I start cutting?
I've traveled somewhat outta Auschwitz, from 145 lbs to 190 lbs
I'm looking forward to cutting, the amount of food I have to eat now
is tougher than my entire work week.
You have to take it in a completely fasted state, or it does nothing. So:
>don't eat past 8:00 pm
>take 17.5 mg yhcl with a 200 mg caffeine tablet at 6:30 am
>don't eat until lunchtime
Basically, you have an 8 hour window to eat (16 / 8 intermittent fasting). Taking it with 200 mg caffeine tabs really helps as well.
I wouldnt recommend to anyone that has anxiety issues.
This is me at 86kg (1.76m height) in October 2015.
Currently I am at 88kg, the 2kg being from a slight lack of discipline during end of year.
I'm going to Philippines in exactly 80 days so now I'm cutting harder than I ever have. Ticket is bought so I've never been this disciplined before.
I might not get proper abs by then but I'm hoping just to have a tight stomach.

You can make it brah, from your shape it can be easily seen that you have decent abs size under your fat, you have time to cut, you can lose up to 800 gr per week without muscle loses, a bit more first weeks, so you can lose 10 kg easily.
Well I'm a skinnyfat 5'9 faggot who weighs 170 and I can only bench 150 and DL 240. I would love to bulk to increase my shitty compound lifts but being average weight with 20% BF tells me I need to cut regardless.
Hopefully I can get to 150 in 3 months and cut around 8-10% BF off of me so I can begin a nice slow bulk at +200 cals or so
