I want to achieve this mode I knkw alot of you will say dyel and shit but this is what i want
Is this mosty just diet With average lifts?
go to the gym religiously, train for hypertrophy, and after 2 years 50% of it will still be lighting.
6 months natty to get people to notice you lift with a shirt on is a pretty impressive speed.
If you're 16-20, about 6 months of lifting with a good diet will get you there.
If you're 21+, you'll probably need a little bit more time. Older you are, more time you need (what an irony).
>I want to achieve this mode
only does bench/curls
>optimal amount of muscle gain for a beginner is about 0.5lb a month
>6lb in 3 months if you know what youre doing
>people noticing 6lb difference under a shirt
i didnt let myself go that much before deciding to get fit anon.
>135lb to 155lb
>11% bf to 13% bf
>20 lb total
>5.5 lb fat
>14.5 lb muscle
yeah. youre the one genetic snowflake that managed to put on more than double the optimal amount of muscle gain. i dont care how much of a bell curve there is, you did not get 14.5lb of muscle natty in 3 months.
It's true. Here's my stats. Yes my squat is shit I have tiny legs and I'm working on it.
Never have I seen a more delusional faggot on all of /fit/ and that's saying something. If your fat arse still has the willpower to continue lifting for another year you will look back and realise how much of a tool you were acting right now.
anywhere from 1-3+ years depending on many variables
shut the fuck up you buckchoi looking alien fuck before I shove a frying pan socket down your ass
do you know how fucking much 20lbs of muscle is you fucking faggot? go to a grocery store and put 20lbs of beer and steak in a cart
What you gained was a lot more fat than you know and water. Water is heavy as fuck. 7-8lbs a gallon heavy.
i hate faggots like you who have no clue what they're talking about.
I'm so sick of these threads where someone posts a pic of someone who's been obviously lifting for years, and then asks specifically what they need to do to get a body like that. Just fucking work out and eat cleanly and see what happens. Everyone's body responds to exercise differently, everyone has different genetics and muscle insertionions. It takes years and years of consistent exercise before you really need start worrying about specifically sculpting. Just work out hard and eat healthily.
To be honest if you eat properly and curl a lot people will def start commenting about your arms 6 months in.This with a t shirt, of course you will reveal yourself as a curlbro when you take it away.
