What are the best /fit/ drinks besides the obvious glass of water?

I have one for my cut that I get from my supplement store its a mixture of different teas, caffeine, african mango, garcinia and general appetite supressents. Can also be used as a pre-workout if you double up with small dilution but be careful that your body doesn't adapt take it only up to 8 or 12 weeks and then 4 to 8 weeks off that way your metabolism stabilises.
Tea on rare occasions.
Sometimes i'll mix carrots into a juicer and drink that.
Pineapple juice on a cheat meal every now and again.
Haven't drank soda in 6 months. It's a bittersweet feeling. More sweet than bitter tho. You don't really realize how fucking horrible that stuff is for you till you stop drinking it.
Keep telling my bros/cousins to stop drinking the stuff but they're still highschool fags that are dating 5/10's
Carbonation reduces bone mass in the long run. It is seen as one of the factors of why women get osteoporosis so much earlier now, but that is related to continuous diet combined with high intake of carbonated water, so I guess it depends.
