I've been addicted to alcohol and heroin. I'm here to tell you that it can be beat. (And alcohol was the harder of the two.) Food addiction can be just as bad. Fatties are mentally weak. But so are drug addicts. If we had strong mentalities, we wouldn't have sought an "escape" through drugs in the first place. Food is also an escape for people. Food is almost a drug.
