Rate my cutting diet /fit
Breakfast:1/2 cup oats OR 2 hard boiled eggs
plus brotine = 450cal
Lunch:4oz chicken breast and broccoli = 200 cal
Dinner: brotine shake after light cardio and lifting = 300 cal
Snacks: celery, peanuts, or tomatos = 200 cal
Supps: Fish oil, multivitamin, and fiber
How does this look? Had great results the last month. How can i improve?
Started at 190 now im 176, iv been thinking of adding more calories but my lifts have not declined so i figured why not stay the corse. Deffenatly feel more exhausted but i just push though it.
what is it about
i Have heard doctors say it's a heart attack waiting to happen, while I've heard other doctors say it makes you burn fat and build muscle like crazy.

I would say heart attack waiting to happen. Imagine shit like olive oil, it's still fat, but at room temp it is a liquid. Or when you cook bacon, the grease turns into a solid if you leave it in a pan and it reaches room temp. That's what it's like in your arteries. Saturated fat like the fat that's in bacon will cause plaque buildup in your heart&arteries. I googled in and coconut oil is 87% saturated fat. you want at least 2 parts unsaturated fat for every part of saturated fat you eat.
