Last cut I cheated a lot but whenever I got back on the scales and was even 0.1lbs heavier I'd go running straight away.
Being so autistic and over estimating how much that one chocolate bar I'd eaten every now and then affected my cut probably helped actually.
This is true of almost all sugary foods and drinks.
I used to be a Pepsi addict, would drink at least 5 cans a day and drinking it did feel like a fix.
Now I find it fucking disgusting. It's best for everyone to give that kind of shit up because once you get over the hump you don't even want to go back.
i eat a square or two every day, though now i'm eating the 99% one, if you do it like i do, theres no harm and chocolate with this much cocoa has a couple of health benefits, plus the whole bar itself doesn't have that many sugar at all, especially the 99% one.
