Why do you lift?

Being strong is fun. From carrying around people to being able to open a jar.

At first i lifted to get the "Alpha" status, now i just lift because its fun.

Adding that babby weight and still being able to lift it, running that extra mile or swimming just a bit more of the time before gives me a huge pump and feels like a small personal victory. I'm addicted to that feeling

I hate myself

Breaking up with my ex motivated me to improve myself and make sure I wouldn't be unnoticed after the break up.

Also, clothes look a lot better with a developed chest and arms.

If I don't lift I feel weak and tired

At first I lifted for grills. I was that tank-top wearing guy in college. Sadly, no amount of muscles fixes ugly as fuck face. Noawadays I just lift because it feels good and gives me something to do.

Because I like taking anabolic steroids, and lifting gives me an excuse.
