ZMA doesn't increase testosterone unless you're deficient in zinc, magnesium, or b-6. But it sure as fuck gives you weird dreams. I take it for better sleep but the dreams can get crazy. I had a dream I was peeling the skin off my face the other night.
No. There are no supplements that raise testosterone. Why are you so worried about it anyway? If your test levels are within the normal range, you don't have to worry. It only matters when they're above or below the normal range. If your levels are 450ng/dl and someone elses are 800ng/dl, the guy with 800ng/dl isn't going to build more muscle than you.

Also, marathon runners have objectively lower test than sprinters/lifters. This would lead us to believe there is a correlation. There's no opinion for your to have about this objective correlation.

If you're already lifting and your diet isn't absolute shit, you wont raise your total test any higher. Any supplement or anything you do other than that is transient and wont increase your total test levels. If you want to have higher test, you need to find somewhere to get that good shit and start injecting.
I was told about that study; that yes you get a slight boost in test. Will it be enough for a significant increase in performance? Probably not. But I haven't sat down to examine it in awhile.

What the Anons are referring to specifically is bottled water and flavored beverages.
Milk has to be kept cooled at all times and so do a lot of other drinks, therefore the plastic doesn't sweat.
However bottled water can go weeks sitting in a storage area in blazing heat just waiting to be shipped, same for most flavored drinks that don't easily spoil. Plastic traces and Oil leaks into the drink and gets into your system.
Especially for bottled water since it can be set out for months and months.
Cant find it but there was a meta-analysis that said soy doesnt harm test levels. It make actually slightly lower estrogen levels too which is desirable, IIRC. Not 100% sure though

Soy in small doses (meal supplementing) is fine. You want to have a soy lunch, go for it.
People who think it's a miracle cure and replace everything with soy have a testosterone drop.

Although I totally agree excess soy is bad- but you'd have to eat pounds of it to happen. Plus I'd be way more worried about hormones in milk or meat or whatever than soy
Checked around and it seems like the agreement is that only very high intake of soy could potentially have any effect. I guess you'd have to make a judgement call yourself

Steroids do not effect the male penis in any way, they can actually help battle ED from testicles that are underproducing testosterone.

Your testicles develop testosterone to fuel our adrenaline and physical prone natures. If you replace this with outside testosterone, the brain will tell the testicles that it's test levels are adequate and not to produce anymore. Over time the testicles stop functioning much like they do with old age.
Patients who only have one testicle for instance could be put on test boosters, but should only be put on a low dosage to help the body compensate. Patients with both testicles not functioning should be put on the average male numbers for their age and see how it goes from there.
