i just improvised a delicious chicken and bean stew i feel like sharing
900g chicken fillet
1 can black beans (250g without water)
1 can crushed tomatoes (400g)
3 pieces of garlic
spices. i used paprika, cumin, oregano and blairs sudden death sauce
cut chicken into pieces
put in frying pan with spices and garlic
fry until chicken is cooked
add beans and crushed tomatoes into the pan
cook some more. i didn't pour away the water from the tomatoes so i cooked until it had decent consistency
add some more spices if needed
would probably be great in tortilla bread.
like i said, it was improvised and i'm also a beginner at cooking so feel free to give suggestions on how to improve it

Sure, caloric density factors into how full you feel after eating, but eating 2000 calories of potato chips will make you gain the same weight as eating 2000 calories of broccoli. If you want to lose weight, the only thing you need to eat is less.

Yeah, you're trying to differentiate between "good calories" and "bad calories" when theres no difference when it comes to thermodynamics. It's all energy in vs energy out.
If you wanna lose weight, you need to eat less. It doesn't matter what you eat, it needs to be less.
