Hey fit, does it look like bloating to you or plain fat?
Scale says 18%BF.
Picture taken not long after eating but belly always looks pretty much like this...
1) Suck your belly in and hold it. Now do this until you can comfortable tense your abdomen all day long.
2) Do you eat a lot of oats, beans, cabbage? Lay off anything that can give you gas.
3) You clearly have distension in your intestine. My guess is that it's gas. Fast for 24-36 hours, see what happens.
4) Add in yogurt and/or probiotic. A cup of yogurt can really help deal with bloating.
5) Go see a fucking doctor when you can make an appointment

Which one? I'm not OP, but has same bloating problem. My posture is fine, my bf% is around 10%, but the gut sticks out almost the same
