What the heck is going on?
Lay off stimulants and alcohol, all things that mess with your blood pressure basically, which also include a lot of pain medication. If you've had problems with back pain before that might also be the cause (pinched nerves and after effects)
It makes a very big difference. I get migraines the day after too. The alcohol also steals a lot of energy you can make better use of in the gym. I recommend going white for a few weeks and feeling the difference.
