My gym doesn't have a bench or squat rack, just smith machines/circuit machines/barbells. What's my best bet for a routine until I can join a real gym?

Squats, OHP, Deadlift, T-Bar Presses, Barbell Curls, Triceps extensions, Lateral Raises, Barbell Rows, Clean & Jerk, Snatches, Cable Rows, Cable Crossovers, Floor Presses... You can do pretty much everything.

there is a easier way, just have your high test gf sit on your shoulders and then Squat her. If you need to increase the weight she can always hold additional dumbells.
