There is no 'body like X'. There are your genetics and what you can do with that, ie grow muscle and burn off fat. There is no special barbell grip, rep scheme or other bs that will make your muscles look different.

Does anyone have the picture of the guy with glasses? It's two side-by-side and on one side he looks more dehydrated and his veins pop a bit more. The most jarring thing about the whole image is probably how little his room changes between the two photos. That's my goal body, very Peter Parker mode.
