Help me, I do not know what to do. So heres the story. For 1 year I started a cut and lost 67 pounds at a HEAVY deficit. I did heavy and intense circuit training where I did Compound movements 3 times a week and running very intensive 2 days a week. I started to look "ok" but I could not get rid of my fucking love handles. I do realise I have wide hips, but the fat surrounding it is just ridicilous. I am now on a clean bulk where I eat 700 surplus(been doing this for 3.5 months) and gotten a little bigger but fatter as well. Should I train obliqies while I am at this bulk and then later on cut? I am really confused.(I know physique is shit btw)

It's really not bad in the second pic. It's your hips that make it look that way. If you got your body fat even lower to the point where you could see your abs it looks fine. It's just an issue with your body fat being higher is all.

Should I train my obliques while on my bulk? Will that help it "hide" or "remove" when finally cutting?

Want to hear the sad truth? You are still too fat. You will need to cut all th way to a BMI of 19 (this is bobby parker's BMI and GoG BMI on their earlier shoots). After you get that low (another 20 pounds of FAT loss; i.e. 1000kcal deficit for 2 months) then you will SLOW lean bulk up to a real body. Good luck!

Go ahead, it wont change the fact that your hips are naturally wide. You will lose the love handles as you lose more fat but you will always have that kind of "shape"

I was 165 pounds on that pic at 6 feet tall. I cant go any lower. It might be too much fat and too little muscle.

Hah, I wish you were right. Well, My fat distribution is all kind of fucked up. It may look like I weight 180+ but I had extremely thin arms and kind of small legs.

Well I am 187 pounds now (see two top pictures) so I must have bult SOME muscles under that fat lawl. Going to continue a couple of months and hope that when I cut I will look a lot better than my previous "lean" pictures

You're fat enough to cut. Just cut till your love handles disappear for real this time and then start your next bulk. Lower back fat is the most stubborn kind, you'll get some nice vascularity coming in elsewhere as you get lean enough to lose it. Train obliques and lats throughout (as well as everything else, obviously).

I mean, if you're happy being at this bf% you could keep bulking and then make sure you lose the love handles on your next cut, but you don't seem happy with it, so I'd recommend cutting now.
