Just wondering is anyone actually following along with the workouts from Rich Piana's Bigger By The Day series?
On Instagram he made it seem like viewers were supposed to follow along and do the workouts with him.
I don't plan on doing it but the idea seems cool. Anyone on fit on board with Piana?

Doing his training plan to as well to see what happens even if it's to prove I wont put on mass.
The training part is all well & fine, but the other part of with food/supplement/steroids in take is a huge factor. Dude spends more on drive thru food orders in less than a week than I do in an entire month on groceries.

y'know what's crazy? the more I see of fiscally endowed piano the more i like this memeboat. I'm 100% along for the ride and hope he doesn't die in the process of leaving humanity behind. I had two 4x4s from in n out burger last night just to see if I could handle one of his meals, which put me to bed at like 9:00 pm. Today it's a little after four in the morning and I've already had my oatmeal so I'll be able to beat the Monday crowd to the gym. Thanks based Piana.

i'm not following the full program but today i'm going to do his back workout(did calves and forearms the other day). also at the end of bulk i'm going to try 8h arms because why not.

In theory it makes sense for someone who is using gear and planning to put on 30 lbs quick. I don't understand the 2 months of shoulders then 2 months of arms. Why wouldn't he just rotate every other day?

All I know is ever since I started doing this program I've noticed strange things.
Whenever my boss gives me a project I blurt out "C'MON"
My son asked why I put liquid egg whites in his lunch I said "Because why the fuck not"
My wife asked me to talk dirty to her & all I could muster was "whoah China"
I'm an oly lifter (not roiding yet) and I train 5 days a week 6 hours a day. I can recover pretty well just by eating big. After I gain a few kilos I cut for a month when I hit the gim 3 times. I think I'm doing it right

We followed Dorian Yates Blood and Guts workout to the T. Basically saw no change for like 4 months afterwards and then realised you also need to be hitting the roids for it to work. Dat folly of youth

i started roughly following blood and guts and eating 250g of protein a day and went from 170lbs=195lbs in a year. natty. also lowered bodyfat and abs came out
It's kinda fun doing them like that because you can lift tons of weight that way. Not the best for gains though.
I usually have 1 or 2 workouts a month where I just fuck around and have fun instead of actually trying to progress.
