I've been doing pushups wrong my whole life. Just did them with my hands out to the side a bit like OP's pic and it is much easier. I've been doing them with my hands shoulder width apart and could do fuckall.
I don't come to /fit often, but I can give this a try.
I know this is off topic but it's been bugging me and I need an answer asap.
I've lost 50 pounds in the last year and when I look in the mirror I still really notice my wide hips. I'm beginning to wonder if this is Klinefelters or someshit. Do I have a chance?
