I've seen a few recipe threads on here but never thought to save any of them
Do you guys have any low calorie, high protein snack recipes? Preferably something I can make in bulk and store in the freezer or something along those lines
fuck a recipe. Read the sticky & look at the list of foods. Create meals out of these, like chicken+rice+brocolli
What do you need a "recipe" for? Are you wanting to bake or some shit? faggot.

actually I wouldn't mind finding something to bake, it's pretty fun

I've made this before, they're decent. Except I use half a cup of flour, 3 eggs and 2 cans of tuna

anybody who has been lifting for more than 2 weeks can't see chicken+rice+broccoli anymore.
Just get creative OP, baking with protein powder works really well, just made muffins the other day. I just switch chocolate/cocoa for chocolate protein powder and sugar for stevia for example. You get some decent nutritional value, just calc it beforehand to keep track.
I also recently started making a chili on sundays to eat with my scrambled eggs for breakfast,
I just combine 600g ground beef, an onion, can of beans, can of diced tomate and can of sieved tomatos and let it simmer for some time. Add chili, salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
In the mornings i just quickly make scrambled eggs and mix those with the premade chili.
It's fucking delicious

These are great, I've made them a few times. I like to spice them up with some cayenne pepper and paprika
