Acne is aggravated by grease and bacteria on the skin, which isn't helped by a dirty pillow. By keeping the sleeping surface clean every night, grease cannot build up and less bacteria means less inflammation.
Nothing anyone said in this thread is gonna help you, if you do it already and havent gotten results. You are probably like me and will have acne for no reason, with some contributions from diet.
Go to a dermatologist, ask for accutane, its terrible for your liver and your skin will get really dry, so tske it in spring summer months. I used to have really bad acne on my cheeks and forehead. Luckily I took accutane early enough that I dont have ant scars.
You may still get some occasional acne, but expect a 99% reduction in acne.
