For fun for me, I'd say squats are number one. Bench is a close second. Deadlift next, and I hate OHP.

Deadlift is the funnest exercise because you pull the highest numbers while yelling your lungs out and all the normalfags around you are awed.
OHP comes the second because it is badass. There is a primal satisfaction that comes from lifting shit over your head.
Bench is a fucking retarded exercise because humans aren't meant to push things away while laying on something, which is why you will snap your shit up unless you do that stupid shoulderblade-squeezing thingy.
And finally, squats feel terrible because like having all that weight resting on top of you is not stressful enough, you are also supposed to descend with it. Fuck that shit. Don't get me wrong, I do them, but I hate them.

Depends, you can take alot of pressure off of your shoulders with good form but bench still stresses them alot. Its good to take breaks and lower your volume when it becomes too taxing. Benching 300+ is not something the body was purposed for, but its not dangerous with good training
