So wats some good shit to snack on when cutting or r just overall low in fats n sugars that u guys eat. I just need different ideas cuz im constantly craving more food but i dont wanna feel guilty eating it

Not even playing. If I'm hungry for a snack I go buy shitty sandwich meat (dunno what it's like in amerifatland but in the UK it's 100kcal and 20g protein per pack), i buy two packs of that shit and have it with two slices of wholemeal bread.
400kcal and 50g protein. I've found if I need to snack I never feel full or satisfied unless it's protein; I can snack and snack on crisps but if I eat high protein I'm full.
2nd'd, at least for me. Caffeine itself curbs cravings for me as well.
I also munch on:
- salad (greens are 20kcal, 7.5mL olive oil adds 60kcal)
- pickles basically negligible unless you eat a fuck ton. Jar literraly says 0kcal.
- egg white omelette with a fuck ton of vegetables. Put a lot of spices in it. Spices taste awesome, are healthy and have negligible calories.
>Fat free greek yoghurt (90calories avg, 15 grams proton)
>Skim milk mozzarella string cheese
>Deli turkey or chicken
>Celery or carrots
>Kale/Spinach salad, add shit like carrots, maybe some nuts if you can afford good fats.
>Glass of nonfat milk is filling
>Green Tea, cold, I always keep a pitcher in my fridge
>Rice cakes if you can afford carbs
>Peanut Butter is good IF and ONLY IF you have room for the occasional fats and somewhat high calorie count, it's satisfying as fuck on the above celery/rice cake mentions.

Low fat cottage cheese is my savior. Half a cup is about 80 calories with 12g protein.
Sometimes I'll sprinkle a little bit of garlic powder and pepper in and if I'm really hungry, I'll dip sliced carrot into it.
Other times I go for green beans. Once in a while I might add something to the beans to spruce them up a bit like a tbsp of this spicy garlic A1 sauce. The heat helps make the hunger go away, too.
I know this isn't exactly what you asked, but apart from snacks, do something! If you're at work, focus on work. If you're lazing about at home and you have a craving, do crunches or go for a run. Can't have too many crunches right?

Well I've been back on keto for a while and when I really want something sweet I go for yogurt or cottage cheese with a packet's worth of sweetener and a splash of vanilla. Shit literally tastes like pudding and cake, respectively. If you're on keto too, cream cheese is even better.
