"Professional" help doesn't help. I'm one of the leading behavioral scientists in the world and since this is anonymous let me admit it to you that we don't know jack shit. We can't even replicate some of the most important experiments in our field. Anyone who gets better kinda gets better because a)just because or b)we pump them full of things that make them biologically impossible to feel anything but "serene", not happy, serene.
