I have bacon wrapped cheese filled mushrooms and little bit of salad.
2 cups shred hashbrowns
3 eggs, scrambled with hotsauce and mexican blend cheese
3 thick cut bacon
2 slices of 3mm thick ham
2 texas garlic toast
24oz homemade sweet tea.
branzino, brown rice & quinoa, oyster mushrooms and broccoli.
didn't take a picture of my food today, but i had a ham&cheese sandwich for breakfast, a banana and cup of oj for a snack, lunch was a bowl of beef/sweet potato/corn/lentil curry, dinner was a big bowl of whole wheat pasta and sardines.
kinda surprised this is only 1500 cal. i killed it at the gym today, too.
