desu pic related is pretty much the standard 531 base template nowadays. doing everything except the 531 lift for 5x10 is stupid and doing 531 6 times a week is retarded. someone really should stop posting that shitty image.
you can make gains on a slight deficet but i wouldnt count on it you look like you could use some fat to fill out a bit do full body workouts with lots of compound lifts and eat tons of good meats and rices and foods

that's kind of a clusterfuck. if you must, dedicate one day to each of the big 3. better would be squatting and benching twice. and then add all your other stuff around that.

I'll say it: I hate benching. I prefer vertical movements as a whole, with the exception being rows.
I am aware there are postural benefits, but let's say instead of 3x5 benching, I do 3x5 Push Press an 3x5 OHP. Will I see chest development from its usage as a stabilizer in the OHP and PP?

none of those are significant chest exercises, just throw in some benching and pushups, and maybe some isolations like machine flys. even if you half ass your chest work it'll still turnout better than not doing any
I understand none of these are chest exercises, but the serratus anterior is used as a stabilizer in the OHP and pullup, and the pec major in both OHP and push press.
He is an extreme example, but Klokov never benched, as most olympic lifters do not. Yet, he still has massive chest development. Of course I'll do some benching, but, what happens if I do not for some time?
I wouldn't use olympic lifters as an example since only they know what they're training looks like, and we can only speculate. however most oly lifters do lots of dips when they aren't about to compete, in order to build some muscle in the off season and dips are a fine chest exercise.

You'll have to excuse me, I wrote this for another board who might get me and I got no response in case you or anyone else saw it.
Around this time last year I began dating a guy. I ended up letting my insecurities and anxiety dictate my life, instead of giving him everything that I had. Several months into the relationship I slipped and managed to alienate him away from me. I became a burden rather than a boon to him. He left, I gave no fight, and I didn't blame him, I was an asshole to him, attacking his insecurities one night when I got too drunk.
At that point I began to realize I loved him. I could write you a book on how much I love him. From his personality, his passion, his handsomeness, truthfully I could spend hours telling people how much this guy means to me. He became my anchor, my foundation in life. I see a future in him, a world together, I even see bits and pieces of me inside him. My breakup with him was a turning point in my life. I realized I could see myself with him, I would even come out to my family for him and take that leap.
I have truly alienated him. After several months he's with another person, whom has his heart, another person who he gave a second chance too-while I didn't receive that second chance. Even after that guy treated him like shit, much akin to what I did. I know I am not entitled to a second chance or anything from this person, however it's soul crushing. I haven't felt this terrible in years, my stomach is queasy, I have trouble sleeping, I'm devastated.
I could go on. I know that this is all of my fault and I have tried everyday to make amends to him and myself, but nothing has worked. I think I've managed to push him farther away from me. So I don't know what to do, I guess I have to stop talking to him and find something else to focus all of my time on.
As a straight man (or as straight as it gets for /fit/, as in I've actually had multiple relationships with women) I love husbando mode so much. Especially as you age. It's actually easier for 30something dudes to look like this I think than 20something pretty boys. The kids simply don't have the mass or want to risk not doing leans gains and bulking properly to get this size.

I think as well as barbell strength training, some Oly lifts, & some conditioning work (HIIT or barbell complexes especially); some strongman work would benefit achieving husbando mode. Though obviously your diet needs to be stricter than a strongman diet which will be a limiting factor.
