you're not obese or anything, you just have absolutely no fucking muscle whatsoever so you look like shit. trust me, when you build up that chest and arms the fat doesn't look too bad. once you've done that, then cut.

Ive been hitting 7 sets of 3 reps for most of the strength building exercises (deadlifts, squats, bench, etc) and 5 sets of 8 on everything else. Been eating relatively lean but attempting to increase my caloric intake drastically in the past 2 weeks. That and the creatine is taking away some of my tone but I've been making good strength gains. My bench has gone up 10lbs in under 2 weeks.

Went from 125 to 140. Bulked and Maintained 140lbs for good amount of time now so for next cycle that starts in 3 weeks I might try hgh with Winstrol and bulk again. I'm going to leave /fit/ and humanity behind for a lil bit to focus on gains.
