Do you guys stretch and foamroll before workout? I want to start doing it because I'm immobile as shit but I'm afraid I look gay in the gym.
If you're diligent with mobility work at home (meaning, you do it every night), you can build up mobility outside of the gym then just make sure you're warm before you start any lifting.
Being in a gym already makes you look gay, why bother now?

oh no what would you possibly do if people thought of you as gay
for stretching
you faggot
now I think you're gay

Don't stretch before, stretch after.
DO warm up thoroughly (15 to 30 minutes of something that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat) before you lift though.
why do you think you're immobile as shit?
but i only do some dynamic / short hip flexor stretches before workouts. foam roll once a week on rest day. doing the main lifts with full rom is enough mobility work for most people if done correctly
I.always stretch before a workout, the one time I.didnt I.tore my hip flexor

I can't squat ATG without lunging my hips forward.

Can anyone confirm this all works?

not everyone can squat atg, proportions and other genetic factors play a big role.
buy lifting shoes with a raised heel if you havent already. its the smartest thing to do to increase squat depth.
I do my flexibility work after the gym, warm up with some light rowing, seen some great improvements the past 3 months, just followed the routine in the sticky
