Here in California, its not uncommon to see dumb fat girls drinking sugary starbucks liquid cakes whole eating cheesy salads covered in bacon bits
more often, the opposite is true.
Fatties think a diet consists of no sugar ever with whole wheat everything. They'll starve themselves on <500 calories for about three days, and then overeat so much on day 4 that they gained mass in this time span.
Cheat days are laughable, but cheat meals are net better than backsliding. The most important aspect of a decent diet is sticking with it.

I went from 3800 bulk to 2500 cut and all it was was cutting carbs basically

I have a wide waist and pretty much all my excess fat is/was stored around my waist and thighs, giving me a sort of pear shaped figure.
However I somehow managed to demonstrably increase my strength and muscularity with free weight and body weight training during a starvation-tier (~1000 calories at 6' 3", 25g of carbs) diet, which I am still pursuing.
Or is that whole classification system bullshit?
Not that guy but I'm 6'4, hit the gym 6 times a week go for an hour/two hour long walk every night. Not muscular but I guess I just have a active lifestyle. My cut is around 2500 as well. Going for that 1kg drop a week.

A diet is only unenjoyable if you go full autist with it and genuinely try to only eat chicken with brown rice.
Brown rice is fucking piss. Much rather eat spicy oven baked potatoes with my chicken, and mix up the meat as well. Pork tenderloin is lean and delicious as fuck, for example.
I eat generally pretty healthy, and I have to restrain myself to not go full bulking mode.
I'm cutting and eating this weird shit, like blended raw chicken livers, blended tomatoes and celery, raw cold peans and brown rice and no seasonings etc. And ofc cold vegatable soup.
I once even had a smoothie with raw fish blended in it. I don't know I'm just going for the gains and nutrients bro. I can cook, but sometimes you just can't enjoy life.
I doubt that there's anything I couldn't drink to be honest.
it means you were so obese, all you had to do is move a little bit more than usual because it took a lot more energy to move your fucking ass here and there. try to do that with 13% bf when cutting.
I'm reasonably lean (about 14-16% body fat) at 190 pounds and 5'9", I eat mostly good, but I don't sweat it if I go over my calories by 500 or less some day of the week, or if I get 175 instead of 185g of protein one or two days a week. I'm a regular dude who does sports for fun and lifts weights to look good, I'm not in a bodybuilding competition, how autistic would I be to obsessively count everything when I can have a reasonably flexible diet and still look good and be stronger than 98% of other people.
Because your average fatass is used to eating quite literally whatever they want.

Being on a fairly strict diet is like being in a sensory deprivation chamber compared to how they were eating previously.
Not that anon but my TDEE is 1700 while lifting. My restday is around is 1300. Remember that some of us are short, and some of us are grils, which means TDEE is insanely low compared to yours.
I allow myself a cheat meal like once every month or so i eat at a cal deficit of about 2000 or so on a cheat meal day. But its only one bad meal like ill go get some wingstop but ill work it into my cals. Should i cut it out ? Honest question
