So over the past year I have been working out on and off. However I'm really going to commit now on my workout plan. In 2014 I weighed about 220 now down to 160. Probably not much progress but it's something. I'm wondering how much change could I get by June if I do rigorously training and what type of results could I get. Right now this is how my body looks like.
first stop posting photos where you cant see shit, second its possible, except with probably a weaker chest
and third - rigorous nutrition is even more important than training if you want real results
depending on how much muscle mass you already have, this is definitely achievable in 6-7 months if you have no body fat. if you're chubby or skinnyfat, you can get that muscle in 6-7 months but you're going to have to cut for a while to shed the body fat to get that lean.
