I was once given a tub of soy brotein shake by a friend who bought it because it was lower calorie than whey, but he couldn't drink it.
I tried it.
No matter how you mixed it, it had the consistency of horse cum, and tasted like shitty vanilla flavouring and grit.

No idea, but I've heard 50 grams worth of protein from somewhere, can't remember were.
I doubt the whole phytoestrogen is a problem, unless you pound 200 grams worth of protein a day from soy only.
I would be more so concerned about it's effects on your thyroid, but that's relative to your iodine intake; so maybe supp with iodine if you eat shitloads of soy or just don't get all your protein from one source.

As much as you want. Soy has zero effects on gyno nor on human estrogens. If you were connected to the internet you'd be able to search for academic papers on this, or in desustorage's archive - where this very question has been addressed countless times.
