What are your /fit/ related goals? (other than max lifts in Bench/Squat/Deadlift, etc)
human flag is my goal as well but i dont know how to train that without looking like a complete autist in public.
Every once in a while when im drunk i try it in public and fail.. i hope someday i magically will be able to do it, by just increasing my back/core strength...
update: use this human flag as the reference point - I didn't realise that in the first one!
My goal used to be to have a body women lust for. I achieved that like two months ago as a reasonably attractive girl told me she only wants me for my body.
But what sucks is that I'm still depressed, I guess always chasing a goal keeps my depression at bay so my new goal is too hit 2/3/4/5
This guy is doing the same thing that Scoobs mocks in the video. He jumped up and a mate took a pic while mid air. You can see on his body that he's not holding it. This is pathetic.
